1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and ggcasino (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ggcasino online casino platform, including the website located at https://ggcasino.app and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Service").

2.2 Account Registration Requirements

You may only register one account per person. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions and actions taken.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements, ggcasino reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC), typically requires you to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a passport, driver's license, or national ID card), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership.

KYC verification is mandatory before processing your first withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of funds until verification is complete. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your ggcasino account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ggcasino reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a third-party source and to suspend or close your account if such activity is detected.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements and KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. ggcasino reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or if suspicious activity is detected.

ggcasino does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees.

3.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, promotions, and free spins offered by ggcasino are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements. A wagering requirement is the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus.

Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the terms of each offer. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ₱30,000 in qualifying bets before you can withdraw bonus-related winnings. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or not at all.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, placing bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or colluding with other players, is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and account closure.

4.2 Game Malfunctions

If a malfunction results in an incorrect payout, ggcasino reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting your account balance accordingly.

You agree to report any suspected game malfunctions or errors to ggcasino customer support immediately. Failure to report known errors or attempting to exploit a malfunction for financial gain is considered fraudulent activity and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ggcasino platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place b ets or manipulate game outcomes
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargeback fraud or using stolen payment methods
• Money laundering or using ggcasino for any illegal financial activity
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any ggcasino software
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ggcasino staff

Any player found engaging in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended or terminated, and all funds (including deposits, winnings, and bonuses) will be forfeited. ggcasino reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

ggcasino is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activities. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly and within their financial means.

Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ggcasino Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ggcasino platform without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ggcasino and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall ggcasino's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service exceed the amount you have deposited into your ggcasino account in the six months preceding the claim.

ggcasino is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, nor for any technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

ggcasino reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. Any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to ggcasino, subject to completion of KYC verification.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Any pending bonuses or wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the ggcasino Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact ggcasino customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our management team. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.

10. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. ggcasino may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ggcasino regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
